1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1111vd ("we", "us", "the Platform", "1111vd"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 1111vd.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and features made available thereon.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the 1111vd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

1111vd reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 1111vd platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of games, betting markets, and financial services available on the 1111vd platform, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address.

You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point of account verification is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration constitutes an immediate ground for account suspension and permanent closure, with forfeiture of any associated balance.

With respect to account security, the following obligations apply to all registered players:

• Password confidentiality: You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your account password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

• No account transfers: Your 1111vd account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, gifted, or otherwise made available to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in the permanent closure of all accounts involved.
• Account verification (KYC): 1111vd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and platform integrity standards. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used before a withdrawal can be processed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 1111vd platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to player balances. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance.
• Supported payment methods: 1111vd currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Available payment methods may be updated from time to time; the current list is always displayed on the platform's cashier page.
• Deposit processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 1111vd account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Processing delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside the control of 1111vd.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are available exclusively to fully verified accounts. The verification process must be completed before your first withdrawal request is submitted. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds until KYC verification is approved.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes under standard operating conditions. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

1111vd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses for new accounts, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and IPL playoffs. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the individual offer. Welcome bonuses are generally available only to new accounts making their first qualifying deposit. Existing players may be eligible for reload and loyalty bonuses as determined by their account activity and VIP tier.

• One bonus at a time: Players may only participate in one promotional offer at a time unless the specific terms of an offer state otherwise. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus remains active may result in the forfeit of the earlier bonus.

1111vd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any promotional offer withdrawn before a player has completed its wagering requirements will result in the remaining bonus funds being voided; real-money funds previously deposited in connection with that offer will remain available in the player's account.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

1111vd operates on the basis of fair play for all participants. Every game available on the platform uses independently verified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure that outcomes are completely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including 1111vd itself. The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Collusion: Any form of co-ordinated play between two or more players designed to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the platform, including chip dumping in poker-format games and co-ordinated betting in live casino environments.
• Automated software: The use of bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, screen-scrapers, or any other software designed to interact with the platform automatically or without genuine human input is strictly prohibited.

• Exploiting software errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, error, glitch, or loophole in the platform software to generate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour: Any threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour directed towards 1111vd staff, live dealer personnel, or other players via chat functions or any other communication channel available on the platform.

Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation. Following investigation, 1111vd reserves the right to permanently close the account, void all affected bets and winnings, forfeit the account balance, and disclose the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.

7 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 1111vd platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game interfaces, software, databases, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1111vd or its licensed content providers, including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

By accessing the 1111vd platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights over any content on the platform.

• Prohibited activities: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 1111vd platform without our prior written consent.

Any infringement of the intellectual property rights described in this section will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1111vd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interrupted access to the platform caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, third-party service failures, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions, server interruptions, or data transmission failures, subject to our commitment to investigate and resolve all such issues promptly and fairly.
• Decisions made by you to gamble beyond your personal financial means, or any financial loss arising from gambling activity on the platform generally.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, statistics, or content published on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate or outdated.

Where 1111vd is found liable for any claim arising under these Terms, our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability that cannot be lawfully excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 1111vd.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 1111vd to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with the 1111vd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1111vd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
